Malaspina offers discounts to increase affordability and accessibility for individuals looking for long term studio space. 

  • For six consecutive months we are able to offer discounts up to 30% off per month for a sliding scale rate of between $175 per month to $250 per month. 
  • For twelve consecutive months we are able to offer discounts up to 65% off per month for a sliding scale rate of between $88 per month to $250 per month. 

Discounts are based on the financial ability of the individual. If you are new to the studio, please contact us to set up a studio orientation and discuss studio access rates.
