Malaspina offers discounts to increase affordability and accessibility for individuals looking for long term studio space.
- For six consecutive months we are able to offer discounts up to 30% off per month for a sliding scale rate of between $183.75 per month to $262.50 per month.
- For twelve consecutive months we are able to offer discounts up to 65% off per month for a sliding scale rate of between $92.40 per month to $262.50 per month.
Discounts are based on the financial ability of the individual.

- Number of dependents
- Assets and liabilities
- Any special circumstances
