Call for participation

 Malaspina is launching a new fundraiser this year called Prints By Post. The funds raised will help Malaspina continue to offer affordable access to rare equipment, materials, and studio space. Our programming wouldn’t be possible without the support of our community, artists, and supporters!

There are two ways you can participate in Prints By Post; you can either donate a print, purchase a ticket, or both!


Donate a print (The Print Exchange)

We invite artists to donate at least three miniature prints for this event. Each participating artist will receive a random print from the Prints By Post collection as thanks for their donation. The prints will be featured on Malaspina’s website and the prints will be shown at one of Malaspina’s studios in the summer of 2024. 


Purchase a ticket (The Fundraiser)

In the summer of 2024, tickets for the fundraiser will be available for purchase through our website. One ticket counts towards one random print! Prints can be picked up in person or mailed by post. 

Print Details

Number of prints: two or more
Maximum paper size: 5” x 7”
Medium: any archival printmaking medium
Deadline: April 30th 2024
Location: 1555 Duranleau Street
The prints can be an edition, monoprints, or individual prints from different editions.

Or deliver in person to Val at the same address weekdays between 10AM and 6PM. 


If you would like to include your information with your print (such as a business card or something similar) please make sure to include this information in a printed format with your prints when you deliver them.
