MALASPINA PRINTMAKERS SUMMER STUDENT SCHOLARSHIP DEADLINE: MARCH 21, 2008 5:00pm
Student Scholarship Program 2008
Malaspina Printmakers invites applications from continuing senior level and graduating printmaking students to take part in the 2008 Student Scholarship Program. Each of the successful applicants will receive four (4) months of complimentary studio time at the Malaspina Printmakers Studio, and a one year Membership to the Centre
Submissions must include the following materials:
- Current CV and artist statement (please be sure to include year of study and institution).
- A reference from one instructor
- For local students, a portfolio of 5 - 10 original prints or print related work to be delivered to Malaspina Printmakers. For students outside of Vancouver, 5 - 10 images on CD (please note, CD's cannot be returned).
- Accompanying image list outlining media, date etc.
Applications and portfolios must be delivered to Malaspina Printmakers located at
1555 Duranleau Street, Granville Island by 5 p.m. on Friday March 21th 2008.
Successful applicants will be notified by April 1st, 2008
Portfolios available for pick up after Thursday March 27th, 2008.
