Malaspina Printmakers is dedicated to advancing and preserving printmaking through the Centre’s educational programming.  The goals of the Centre’s educational programming include:

  • Make Malaspina facilities and activities accessible to the public
  • Assist individuals in developing their knowledge and expertise in printmaking
  • Increasing knowledge of printmaking, it’s history and development
  • Facilitating dialogue and research in contemporary print culture

Malaspina Printmakers ensures that its educational programming articulates the artistic mandate of the Centre by engaging highly knowledgeable instructors and facilitators, and other cultural practioners on the cutting-edge of print culture and with extensive knowledge of print mediums.  These programs educate the general public about fine art printmaking in addition to aiding practicing artists, students and print enthusiasts in staying current and informed about topics in printmaking.

PAYMENT OF FEES

Full payment confirms registration and must be received no later than one month before the commencement of classes. Malaspina Printmakers accepts Visa, Mastercard, AMEX or personal cheque.

TERMS OF COURSE CANCELLATION

If a participant wishes to withdraw from a course within a one-month period prior to commencement of a course there will be a cancellation fee of $50 applied to the reimbursement. Should anyone wish to withdraw their enrollment more than one month prior to the start of classes, there will be a $25 cancellation fee applied to the reimbursement.

Once a course/workshop is in session, there will be no reimbursements.

Minimum enrollment for courses/workshops is four (4) participants. In the event that insufficient numbers have enrolled, a full reimbursement of fees paid will be applied.
